That Tron poster is too cool for school! Super rare too... (Had a spelling error before! Why won't Blogger let you edit, instead of just deleting the post?)

Thanks Guys! You're always welcome to come and visit TOMORROWLOUNGE 67
I'm new to my own blog postings so many of the search engines are not picking up my stuff yet, but for more information on these and other attraction posters, take a look at my DISNEY PARK ATTRACTION POSTERS blog -- attractionposter.blogspot.com . There you will see a detailed rundown of these beautiful gems. You will see some very rare versions, varaitions, and concepts for these posters. I've also got great stories by many of the designers about hidden things and funny incidents during the creation of their attraction posters!!

Okay, here's an obscure question. Do you have any pictures of what was above the Carousel Theater AFTER Progress City was removed, but BEFORE the Super Speed Tunnel was added? I remember going through there on the PeopleMover and seeing posters, but the only one I can remember was a poster for Space Mountain, which at the time was a future attraction. I can't remember what any of the other posters were for....whether they were current park attraction posters or if they were for future attractions as well. This area could only have existed a very short time...from the time America Sings opened until the time the PeopleMover was shut down for the construciton of Space Mt. Just thought I would ask, since you seem to have many wonderful and rare Tomorrowland images!

TOKYO MAGIC: After Progress City was removed, the area was used for some storage for a short time, but the PEOPLEMOVER right-of-way thru The Carousel Theater featured 5 large openings with rounded corners showing illuminated plexi panels with WED concepts of future attractions -all tomorrowland. Mainly Space Mountain and Mission To Mars. The largest panel featured Clem Hall's nighttime view of the Space Mountain complex. One panel was of a (picture) of a Space Mountain model-not the actual model. A actual model was showcased below in a case in front of the Space Mountain construction wall. if you look towards the far right of the Space Mountain pylon, you can see the display case with the model. Almost all the pictures along the wall were featured in the PeopleMover Tomorrowland expansion preview.
